Agreement
This Agreement is made between Faces Of The West Pty Ltd, and the Client (you/your entity) (the ‘Parties’). The Parties understand and mutually agree that the Client engages Faces Of The West to provide, via a coach or combination of coaches (the ‘Coach’), education, training, or otherwise coaching services (the ‘Seminar’), in a nature that is reflected in the sales call. Faces Of The West agrees to provide the Client with the Seminar, subject to the Client fulfilling all requirements set out across all sections of this Agreement.

Payments
All payment(s) for the Program (including the Deposit, any Instalments, and the total Balance) are to be made via direct debit using the Pinch processing platform. The Client agrees to the Payment Plan and Schedule of Payments via the Pinch subscription. The Client understands that once the Seminar commences on the Start Date, Faces Of The West Pty Ltd has no obligation to refund any payments made, under any and all circumstances.


Cancellation
Any Cancellation made by the Client within 10 days of the Seminar date (05/10/2024) requires the client to be liable for the entirety of the Balance, on or before dates agreed to in the Wix payment plan chosen. Any Cancellation made by the Client before 10 days prior to the Seminar date (05/10/2024) will result in a 50% refund for the current amount paid.
